A dinner with tasting & pairing of 4 premium Gins, 4 new tonics and 4 Marc Fosh signature dishes.
Menu
• We will start with FINSBURY DRY GIN & FEVER TREE TONIC served with our crystal bread, mushrooms, Iberian ham, mozzarella and tomato compote.
• Followed by a seabass with a coconut soup & a vindaloo curry paired with MARTIN MILLER’S GIN & SIX O’ CLOCK TONIC.
• We will carry on with a Spanish Gin, GIN MARE & 1724 TONIC with Beef cheeks with served
with polenta and rosemary-basil jus.
• And we will finish with G’ VINE & FENTIMANS TONIC which will be tasted with chocolate Ganache
with Grand Marnier and a passion fruit sorbet.
