José Manuel Bellido Head chef In many ways simple food is far harder to cook, José Manuel Bellido makes it look easy. Born in Malaga, José came to work for Marc Fosh after serving a five-year apprenticeship in some of Barcelona’s most emblematic restaurants. Together with Marc, Jose has discovered his own modern style of cooking, heavily influenced by the light, creative cuisine of the Mediterranean with classical French touches. |
